is a town in northern Victoria, Australia with a population at the 2001
Census of 245. It was settled following the end of the Victorian
gold rush of the 1850's.

the male version). They spend
most of their time working outdoors and

born Helen Porter Mitchell in 1861 and became famous as an Australian
opera soprano, being the first
