Unborn Ocicat Kitten - Join the Waiting List

bulletInitial Deposit - to reserve an unborn kitten, you need to pay an Initial Deposit of $200 towards the purchase price of a kitten.  This Initial Deposit is Non-Refundable. A receipt for the initial Deposit will be provided.
bulletChoice of Kitten - you may nominate your preferences in colour and gender for inclusion on the Waiting List information, however, you are not bound by this and you may change your mind when you are choosing your kitten from a litter.
bulletWaiting list - your name will be placed on the Waiting List in order of receipt of the Initial Deposit.  Click here for a link to the Waiting List.
bulletChoosing your Kitten - when the litter is born, you will be contacted according to the Waiting List order.  At this time you can select a kitten from this litter or remain on the Waiting List for a kitten from another litter, retaining your place on the list.
bulletBalance of Deposit - once you have chosen your kitten, you will need to confirm this by paying the remaining deposit, which is equal to half the purchase price LESS your Initial Deposit already paid.
bulletPayments - towards your kitten may be made directly into the Oz Catz bank account (details will be provided at the time) by payment through Pay Pal or by cash.
bulletReceipt - when your deposit has been received, you will be send an updated receipt giving details of your kitten, your deposit paid and balance to pay.
bulletCancellation of Purchase - if at any time up until the kitten is 6 weeks of age you decide for any reason not to proceed with your purchase, your deposit LESS the non-refundable portion, the Initial Deposit, will be returned to you.  Once the kitten is 6 weeks old, the entire deposit becomes Non-refundable.  However, if the purchaser cancels the purchase of the kitten once it has reach 6 weeks of age, and we are able to satisfactorily place the kitten before it is 14 weeks old, then a part of the refund will be made to the purchaser at the discretion of Oz Catz.
bulletViewing your kitten - The purchaser will be able to visit the kitten when it is 4 weeks old by appointment.  Pictures of the kitten and its litter will be posted on this website at regular intervals so that the purchaser, family and friends can share in the joy of seeing the kitten grow and develop.

How to Adopt a Kitten already Born

bulletDeposit - the purchaser will need to pay a deposit equal to half the purchase price of your kitten, $200 of which is Non-Refundable.  
bulletPayments - towards your kitten may be made directly into the Oz Catz bank account (details will be provided at the time), by payment through Pay Pal or by cash.
bulletIdentification of the chosen kitten - your name will be placed on the website page that has been dedicated to your kitten's birth details and pictures, displayed against the particular kitten of your choice
bulletReceipt - a receipt will be sent to you giving details of your kitten, important dates, your deposit paid and balance to pay
bulletCancellation of Purchase - if at any time up until the kitten is 6 weeks old you decide for any reason not to purchase the kitten, your deposit LESS the non-refundable portion (the Initial Deposit) will be returned to you in full. Once the kitten is 6 weeks old, the entire deposit becomes Non-Refundable. However, if the purchaser wants to cancel the purchase after the kitten is 6 weeks old for any reason and I am able to satisfactorily place the kitten before it is 14 weeks old, then a part refund will be made at the discretion of Oz Catz.
