Dr. Harry, the famous, much loved and much respected TV vet
came to Oz Catz today to meet our Ocicats and do a special TV segment for the TV show "Better Homes &
Gardens". Our Ocicats were the stars, using the Litter Kwitter Cat Toilet Training System! We were very
honoured to welcome Dr Harry and Jo Lapidge, the Australian inventor of the Litter Kwitter Cat Toilet Training
System, to Oz Catz.
Dr. Harry was very impressed by the practicality and the ingenuity of the Litter
Kwitter system. And he was equally impressed with our fabulous Ocicats!
Dr. Harry's TV segment on Ocicats and the Litter Kwitter Cat
Toilet Training System is due to be aired in March, 2006. We are also looking forward to an article appearing
in Better Homes & Gardens magazine in February. And Dr. Harry will also be doing a special Showcasing the
Ocicat on the B. H. & G. TV show and this will be seen towards the middle of 2006.
Thank you Dr. Harry and Jo Lapidge!

December 13, 2005 - Dr. Harry Visits Top
Cat Breeder - South Gippsland Sentinel Times
The following article appeared in our local newspaper
following the visit to Oz Catz of Dr. Harry and Jo Lapidge, inventor of the Litter Kwitter Cat Toilet Training
System -
" Australia's most famous vet, Dr. Harry Cooper, visited
South Gippsland last week to meet one of the world's top cat breeders. Nola Kim from the Gurdies is
becoming world renowned for her specialist-bred Ocicats and Burmese kittens.
" The kittens caught the attention of Dr. Cooper who decided to film a story
on the breeds for Channel 7's Better Homes and Gardens program.
" One of the many attractions of Ms Kim's Ozi Catz [should read Ozcatz]
business is that all kittens raised are toilet-trained, using the Litter Kwitter technology developed by
Sydney inventor Jo Lapidge. Ms Lapidge was also at the Gurdies on Friday to feature in Dr. Cooper's
program.
" The Ocicat breed originated in America. The cats have similar markings to a
leopard. Ms Kim said the popularity of the breed had grown to the point where there is now a lengthy
waiting list for the kittens.
" As people buy them the word seems to spread about how good they are. They
have amazing personalities. On our website, people can actually see how they are progressing as they move
up the waiting list. Most of the cats are sold before they are born." Ms Kim said.
" The breed was introduced to Australia several ago. They've been around
since 2000, but they're still relatively unknown. The rarity is one of the attractions for many people,
along with their personality and strikingly wild looks. "
" Ozcatz kittens are the first in the world to be trained using the new
Litter Kwitter system. All cats adapt differently to the system, which trains the cats to make a gradual
transition from using kitty litter to the household toilet. "
