 The Ocicat name

The Ocicat is named because it reminded its
first breeders in America of the beautiful spotted Ocelot. The Ocicat offers the lithe athletic beauty that
distinguishes the wild cats whilst at the same time has the domesticated charm of a pedigree
cat.

with the Ocicat is the wonderful spotted coat, its sleekness and its smooth silky luxurious

Ocicat is its charming and affectionate nature. Although the Ocicat is bred to emulate or look like a wild cat,
its heritage is pure pedigree - a combination of Abyssinian, Siamese and the American short-hair
cat.
